On June 16, 2018, Hawaiʻi Tokai held its annual Spring Commencement Ceremony for the Spring and Summer terms’ graduating students at the Tatsuro Matsumae Auditorium. The college was honored to host the distinguished Dr. Kiyoshi Kurokawa, who addressed the 31 graduates in his inspiring keynote speech. Dr. Kurokawa is currently a Professor at the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies in Japan and has held positions at several prestigious academic and professional organizations.
